Here in this project we will make an iot based health monitoring system which records the patient heart beat rate and body temperature and also send an email sms alert whenever those readings goes beyond critical values. Our system is designed to be used in hospitals and homes also for measuring and monitoring various parameters like temperature ecg heart rate blood pressure. This iot device could read pulse rate and measure surrounding temperature. Medical electronics is also going to advance with the application of internet of things.

Due to lack of proper health monitoring patient suffer from serious health issues. Health monitoring is the major problem in today s world. Internet of things is the fastest growing technology. Also continuous monitoring of icu patients is very difficult.

In the patient monitoring system based on the internet of things project the real time parameters of a patient s health are sent to the cloud using internet connectivity. Connect the output pin of the lm35 temperature sensor to arduino s a1 and the other two pins to vcc and gnd.
